With just a few months left until the launch of Book 1, A lot of things are coming together.
- Edge of Oblivion is done. Done. Cover, dedication, book, acknowledgements, back cover, everything. Done. It’s currently in the hands of the publisher, who is formatting it for print publication. I expect to have preorder information next month.
- Book 2 in the trilogy is part of the way through revisions; you can follow its progress right here on the site. I’ve been diving back into it now that Book 1 is wrapped up. Lots of good stuff going on there, and I expect to be finished by March. Well, actually, I have to be: that’s when it’s due to the publisher.
- Book 3 is idling at 50% done with the first draft. Not much progress of late, but I know where I’m going and I know how I’m going to get there. It’s fully outlined, and once I finish revising Book 2 I’ll be back at Book 3, probably around the first of the year. I’m very much on track for my March 2017 due date.
- … and there is a Short Story coming. A prequel, set before the events of the first book. It will be out in the spring, and it will be free to everyone who is on — and who signs up for — for my mailing list. I’ll have more information to come on this in the next couple of months.
Stay tuned!
